For Posters, Calendar or Datebook, simply identify name of Poster or Calendar or Datebook & Quantity. Using the price list above, please enter the subtotal. SUBMIT to Synergy. We will add the shipping charges to the order form/invoice plus sales tax for Arizona residents & e-mail the invoice back to you. You may also pay by check by leaving blank the credit card information, printing out the returned invoice with shipping charges included, then sending it with a check to the address above. Orders will typically be shipped within 48 hours.
